A format is a repeatable shape that produces a good episode every time, whether or not the host is brilliant that day. The strongest submissions describe the shape.
- A format with twenty episodes in it
- A host who is the authority in the room
- A subject with a diagnosis in it, something examined rather than discussed
- One episode already produced, even roughly. We would rather watch than read
